Your boat keeps the log. Ti Bord tells the story.
Ti Bord backs up your boat’s logbook and turns it into statistics and maps. Your family and friends follow your voyages, with your stories, photos and videos. Nothing is shown without your say.
-
Safe
Every passage is backed up on its own, as soon as the boat finds a connection. Over a satellite link a light copy goes first, and the full track follows later. Should the boat’s computer fail, the logbook comes back as it was.
-
Understood
Miles sailed, under sail or engine, by day or by night. Points of sail, the best 24 hours, the waters you sail most. A summary of the week, the month and the year by email, and a record of sea miles for each crew member.
-
Shared
Tell a voyage in stories, photos and videos placed on the track. Your family and friends get an email at each arrival, and can follow you live if you let them. You choose, circle by circle, what each one sees and from when.
How it works
Install the Chiplog plugin on your boat’s Signal K server.
Chiplog on GitHubPair your boat with the code the plugin shows.
Go sailing. The rest takes care of itself.
Tell your voyage anyway: your stories, photos and videos, on the map. Start a voyage
Your voyages stay yours
Private by default
Nothing is shown without your say. A delay before anything appears, and masked zones around your home port and your house.
Hosted in France
The service and your photos are kept in France, by French hosts.
Your data is yours
Take it away whenever you like: JSON, GPX, PDF, or a whole voyage as a ZIP.
The boat stays the reference
Ti Bord never writes in your logbook: what is on board stays as you kept it.
